We have been major providers of controls systems for the light rail industry since 1999. In the past twenty years, the software division of the company began designing local control systems because none of the existing SCADA canned software packages had protocol interfaces to the vital train control processors on the wayside interlockings. Over time, these systems expanded to control entire yard systems, and finally, very large operational control centers in many of the major cities within the United States. The Nucleus Command Systems product, the Nucleus Developer, can still be used to develop transportation systems, but has been expanded to also provide solutions to other, SCADA backbone industries such as manufacturing, etc..
